Most people arrive here for one of two reasons. They went looking for a Sharetru price and found a quote form, or they found the 12-month commitment and decided that collecting files from a few clients did not warrant a year.
Stay on Sharetru if a contract asks for FedRAMP Moderate, CMMC, ITAR or a signed BAA, if a security review wants single sign-on, a dedicated IP address or your own certificate on the endpoint, or if somebody needs to pick up the phone. Bridglet has none of it.

There is no price on the page
Core and Complete both show an empty monthly and annual figure, and Complete adds contact us for a quote. Nothing about that is unusual for compliance software, and it does mean a budget conversation has to start with a sales call.

Twelve months, whichever way you pay
The published FAQ says every plan requires a 12-month commitment regardless of billing frequency, and that the subscription renews for another 12 unless it is cancelled before the renewal date. Monthly billing spreads the cost. It does not shorten the term.

Everyone who connects counts as a user
Sharetru counts anyone who logs in, through the web app or over a protocol, including partners, vendors and system accounts you set up to automate transfers. Core bundles users with space: 10 GB with 10 users, 20 with 20, 30 with 30.

The HIPAA package is listed at $100/mo and the federal package at $200/mo, with a single-tenant environment at $1000/mo on Complete. Worth every dollar to a defense supplier. Heavy for an accountant collecting statements.

The Sharetru column was read off sharetru.com/pick-your-sharetru-plan on 2026-09-22, and every row marked above carries the date it was checked. Where a cell says a thing is not listed, it means the published plans are not sold on it. Bridglet's column is the limit the server actually enforces.
What you give up
Moving costs you something. Here is the part of Sharetru that Bridglet has no answer for.
The compliance paperwork
SOC 2 Type II, FedRAMP Moderate, CMMC reciprocity, ITAR handling and a signed BAA are the product for a lot of Sharetru customers. Bridglet has no report to send, no agreement to sign and nothing to put in a vendor questionnaire.
The security checklist
Single sign-on, a dedicated static IP address, your own SSL certificate, SIEM integration and country-based geo-fencing are all listed on the plans. Bridglet signs people in by email link, answers on a shared hostname, and has none of the rest.
Support with a name attached
Sharetru sells responsive support and puts a customer success manager on the advanced list. Bridglet is email, answered by the person who wrote the code, and there is no number to call when a transfer fails at midnight.
The other protocols
FTPS, FTPeS and SCP sit alongside SFTP on both Sharetru plans, which matters when a bank or a government system dictates the protocol. Bridglet speaks SFTP and HTTPS in the guest portal, and that is the whole list.
Things Bridglet has never had
No SOC 2 report. No custom domain for your endpoint. No command line tool. No option to point a shared folder at a storage bucket you own. No phone support, and no static IP address to hand a firewall team. If any of those is a requirement, this is the wrong product and the page will not pretend otherwise.
Switching from Sharetru
There is no migration tool and nothing copies itself across. What a move involves is this, and it is mostly telling people where to send things now.

Check the renewal date first
The term is twelve months and it renews unless it is cancelled before the date. Find that date before anything else, because it sets when this move actually saves money rather than doubling a bill.

Separate the compliance work from the file drop
Sites carrying a HIPAA or federal package are usually not candidates for this. What moves well is the folder where three clients send documents, sitting inside a plan that was bought for a stricter job.

One per sender rather than one per user account. Each gets its own path, its own retention in days, and credentials that reach nothing else you own.

Move the people, then the files
Vendors with scripts get a host, a username and a key. Everyone who was using the browser interface gets a portal link and sets a passphrase on first use. Then pull down anything in the old site worth keeping, because nothing transfers itself.

Cancel in writing, before the renewal
An auto-renewing annual term is unforgiving about timing. Send the cancellation early, keep the confirmation, and leave the old site reachable until the last file has come out of it.

Can I get a BAA or a SOC 2 report?

No. Bridglet has neither, and has never claimed otherwise. If a client contract or an auditor requires either one, Sharetru is built for that and this page would rather lose the sale than mislead you.
Do my clients count as users?

No. There is no per-user fee at all. A guest opens a link and sets a passphrase, a partner with a script gets SFTP credentials scoped to one shared folder, and neither one changes what you pay.
My security review asked for SSO and a dedicated IP address.

Then the review ends here. Sign-in is an email link, there is no single sign-on and no static IP to hand a firewall team. Those are Sharetru features and they are a good reason to stay.
Is there a contract?

No. Billing is monthly, cancelling stops the next charge, and nothing renews for a year on your behalf. If a lifetime round happens to be open, that is a one-off purchase and the terms are on the lifetime page.
