Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual billing is available for a 15% discount. We do not accept wire transfers or invoicing at this time.
No. Unlike AWS Transfer Family or Azure Blob SFTP — which charge $0.04–$0.08 per GB transferred — Bridglet includes unlimited uploads and bandwidth in every plan. Your monthly cost is entirely predictable.
The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. After the trial, you'll be prompted to add payment details to continue. The Starter and Business plans begin billing immediately.
We'll notify you via email when you reach 80% and 95% of your storage quota. New uploads will be paused once you hit 100%. You can upgrade your plan at any time to restore access — no data is deleted automatically.
